Provide customer support and resolve inquiries via phone email chat & social media
Assist customers with questions on financial products payments & account services
Investigate customer queries and provide accurate solution-oriented assistance
Maintain professional high-quality communication across all interactions
Accurately document customer cases and relevant information
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
Meet defined quality and productivity KPIs
Deliver customer support in line with internal processes & quality standards

Native or fluent Swedish speaker
Good command of English
Completed secondary education
Previous customer service experience an advantage
Good computer and technology skills
Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Friendly reliable and customer-oriented personality
Clean criminal record
Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca Cyprus
Flexibility to work rotational schedules including weekends
