Support users with password resets payments & general account management queries
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solution-oriented guidance
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Native or fluent Dutch speaker
Fluent English
Completed secondary education
Previous customer service experience an advantage
Good computer and technology skills
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Friendly reliable and customer-oriented approach
Clean criminal record
Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca Cyprus
