Provide customer support via inbound calls email & live chat
Assist customers with questions on digital services and account-related inquiries
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Troubleshoot common customer issues and guide users through solutions
Maintain clear professional & customer-focused communication
Accurately document customer interactions & case information
Escalate complex or unresolved cases when required
Contribute to a positive and efficient customer service environment

Native or fluent Danish speaker (minimum C1)
Fluent English
Completed secondary education
Previous customer service experience an advantage
Good computer and technology skills
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Friendly reliable and customer-oriented approach
Clean criminal record
Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca Cyprus
