About the Role

Coinhold / Wallet is a consumer-facing neo-banking and crypto wallet platform serving users at scale. We are building a secure AI-native financial ecosystem bridging crypto and fiat.

We are looking for a CTO to define technical strategy lead engineering execution and scale a high-performance product used by millions of users.

Location: Remote

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end technical vision and architecture of a crypto-fiat wallet platform
Scale systems for onboarding payments custody swaps and Web3 assets
Lead AI adoption across product: personalization fraud detection financial insights support automation
Build and lead a cross-functional engineering organization (backend mobile DevOps data security)
Ensure platform meets global security compliance (AML/KYC PCI DSS GDPR) and reliability standards
Drive integrations with banks PSPs blockchain networks and custodians
Establish engineering standards delivery processes and platform scalability

What Were Looking For

7 years in engineering leadership (CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Engineering)
Experience building and scaling consumer fintech or crypto products
Strong background in distributed systems payments or wallet infrastructure
Hands-on experience with crypto custody multi-chain systems and transaction flows
Proven ability to scale engineering teams (20 people)
Experience delivering AI/ML features in production

Strong Plus

Deep understanding of AML/KYC PCI DSS GDPR compliance
Experience with LLMs AI agents or personalization systems
Background in high-scale mobile-first platforms
Experience in regulated fintech or Web3 companies
