Corporate Legal Counsel

A Corporate Legal Counsel role with SkillOnNet focused on corporate governance legal compliance M&A support and strategic legal advisory within a global iGaming organisation. We are ideally looking for a candidate based in Cyprus with knowledge of Cypriot corporate law and regulations. We would also consider candidates with experience in British law given its similarities to the Cypriot legal system. Model: On-site Monday to Friday 09:00am to 18:00pm. Requirements:

• A Law degree (LLB whilst LLM would be considered an advantage) preferably from a UK University
• Admitted Attorney to the Bar of the State of origin
• Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification
• Experience in regulated industries will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and Registrar of Companies procedures
• Fluency in English Language communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• iGaming experience and licensing experience (advantage)
