Corporate Legal Counsel – iGaming

A global iGaming organisation is looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to lead corporate governance legal compliance M&A support and strategic legal advice. Candidates based in Cyprus with knowledge of Cypriot corporate law are ideal; experience of English law is also considered because of the similarities between the two systems.

• Advise the business on corporate law governance and compliance
• Support M&A and corporate transactions
• Manage Registrar of Companies procedures and filings
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management
• Contribute to licensing and regulatory matters in an iGaming environment

• Law degree (LLB; an LLM is an advantage) preferably from a UK university
• Admitted attorney at the Bar of your home jurisdiction with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and Registrar of Companies procedures
• Experience in regulated industries is an advantage; iGaming and licensing experience are a plus
• Fluent English verbal and written

• Salary: up to 42000 gross per year depending on experience

• Location: Limassol Cyprus on-site MondayFriday 09:0018:00; hybrid after 6 months
