1-Month Creative Opportunity in Cyprus

Are you energetic creative confident in front of the camera and looking for an exciting opportunity to spend a month in Cyprus

We are looking for a young dynamic and outgoing Content Creator / Social Media Presenter to join a leading property development company in Cyprus for a one-month creative project.

This is not a traditional office-based role.

You will be visiting beautiful properties exploring Cyprus appearing in videos creating engaging social media content and helping us bring our real estate projects to life through Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys being in front of the camera and can turn a property location or lifestyle experience into content that people want to watch and share.

Your main role will be to create engaging video content for our real estate brand.

You will:

• Appear in front of the camera and present properties
• Create engaging property tours and walkthroughs
• Produce content for Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts and other platforms
• Develop creative ideas scripts hooks and concepts for short-form videos
• Showcase the Cyprus lifestyle alongside our properties
• Visit different properties developments and locations around Paphos
• Present naturally and confidently on camera
• Bring your own creative ideas and personality to our content
• Take photos and videos for social media
• Ideally film and edit short-form content for social media
• Work with our marketing team to develop content that generates engagement and leads

We are looking for someone who is:

• Energetic positive and enthusiastic
• Young-minded outgoing and highly creative
• Very comfortable being in front of the camera
• Confident speaking English
• Natural and engaging when speaking to an audience
• Comfortable creating TikTok/Reels/Shorts-style content
• Social-media savvy and understands what makes content engaging
• Creative spontaneous and able to think outside the box
• Presentable and professional
• Comfortable visiting and filming inside luxury properties
• Reliable organised and able to work independently

You do not necessarily need years of professional experience.
