Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a growing and well-established regulated Forex brokerage based in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for leading the companys financial strategy regulatory reporting financial controls treasury management and overall financial operations while supporting business growth and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Lead all financial operations reporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with regulators auditors banking partners and external stakeholders.
- Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow liquidity treasury management and capital requirements.
- Produce monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and shareholders.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls policies and procedures.
- Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage tax planning financial risk management and corporate governance processes.
- Support M&A activities business expansion initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Build mentor and manage the finance team.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a CFO Finance Director VP Finance or senior finance executive within the Forex CFD Financial Services Fintech or Brokerage industry. Strong understanding of financial regulations applicable to regulated financial institutions. Experience managing regulatory reporting and audits. Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards. Demonstrated experience in budgeting forecasting treasury and financial planning. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. CPA ACCA ACA CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Experience working with multi-jurisdiction financial services businesses is advantageous.
