About theRole:

Fast-growing development company is seeking a Business & Financial Analyst with a strong finance background to support real estate development projects through financial modeling business planning investment analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with solid expertise in corporate finance project economics and financial performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare business plans for development projects and new business initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for real estate development projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models budgets cash flow forecasts and investment scenarios.
• Analyze project profitability financial performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and development decisions.
• Support management in strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Participate in the structuring and optimization of corporate and project structures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial policies procedures and business processes.
• Prepare analytical reports presentations and financial materials for management shareholders and investors.
• Monitor key financial and business performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Support financing banking and investor relations activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development would be a great advantage.
• Strong finance background is a must.
• Proven experience in corporate finance financial planning budgeting investment analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of project economics profitability analysis and ROI calculations.
• Understanding of taxation principles corporate structures and financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present conclusions in a clear and structured manner.
• English advanced
• Russian: native or fluent speaker ispreferred
