BI Analyst – iGaming & Affiliate Performance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join our Acquisition Team in Cyprus and take ownership of performance analysis and automated reporting across multiple casino and sportsbook affiliate programs.

This is not a role where you simply maintain dashboards.

You will have visibility across multiple brands affiliate programs markets and partners helping the business understand where real value is being generated where performance is changing and where the numbers require action.

Your analysis and reporting will go directly to the business owners and will influence commercial decisions around affiliate partnerships deals budgets and traffic allocation.

What Youll Own

You will be responsible for building a clear reliable view of affiliate performance across our casino and sportsbook brands.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Analyze traffic quality by affiliate program brand and market against key KPIs including registrations FTDs deposit acceptance Net Cash GGR NGR ARPU and OTD vs STD behaviour.

* Compare affiliate programs and identify performance trends traffic mix opportunities and underperformance.

* Track the same affiliate across multiple programs to understand how traffic quality and player behaviour differ between brands.

* Identify volume shifts player overlap sudden changes in conversion and other patterns that require attention.

* Build and maintain automated daily reporting for business owners scheduled reliable easy to understand and with minimal manual intervention.

* Build custom dashboards and ad hoc reports for specific markets programs partners and campaigns.

* Develop automated alerts for anomalies such as KPI drops unusual traffic spikes and changes in conversion behaviour.

* Validate tracking postbacks and affiliate-platform data to ensure reporting accuracy.

* Work closely with Affiliate Managers and the wider Acquisition Team to understand the commercial context behind the numbers.

* Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable business insights.

Automation & AI

We want reporting to run on systems you build not manual exports and endless copy-paste.

You will be encouraged to use modern automation and AI tools across your workflow including:

* Query writing and debugging

We are looking for someone who sees AI and automation as practical productivity tools not just buzzwords.

What Were Looking For

Essential

* 3 years of professional experience in BI Data Analysis or a similar analytical role.

* Previous hands-on iGaming experience within casino and/or sportsbook.

* Strong understanding of iGaming metrics including GGR NGR ARPU FTD OTD and bonus cost.

* Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently build troubleshoot and optimise analytical queries.

* Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform such as Power BI Tableau Looker Studio Metabase or similar.

* Experience building and automating recurring reports.

* Experience working with scheduled queries APIs connectors Google Sheets/Apps Script or workflow automation tools.

* Excellent command of English both written and verbal.

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to data accuracy.

* Ability to explain and defend the numbers behind your conclusions.

* High level of discretion when handling sensitive commercial information.

* Structured proactive and comfortable working with a high degree of ownership.

Strong Advantages

* Experience analysing affiliate acquisition performance within iGaming.

* Understanding of affiliate commercial models including CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid deals.

* Experience with automation platforms such as n8n Make or Zapier.

* Active use of AI tools for SQL analysis reporting or workflow automation.

* Experience working across multiple casino or sportsbook brands/programs.
