Arabic Conversion FX Cyprus ( Regulated)

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-Speaking Conversion Agent to join our growing sales team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established regulated Forex broker helping prospective clients begin their trading journey while delivering a professional and compliant customer experience.

• Contact and engage prospective clients via outbound calls and digital communication.
  

• Convert new leads into active trading clients.
  

• Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their investment goals.
  

• Educate clients about the companys trading products and services.
  

• Guide clients through the account opening and verification process.
  

• Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and sales targets.
  

• Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
  

• Ensure all communication complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  

• Work closely with the Retention and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  

• Native or fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
  

• Previous experience as a Conversion Agent within the Forex/CFD industry.
  

• Experience working for a regulated Forex broker is highly preferred.
  

• Strong sales negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  

• Ability to build rapport and close new business.
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems and MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
  

• Highly target-driven with a proven sales record.
  

• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment.
