Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-Speaking Conversion Agent to join our growing sales team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established regulated Forex broker helping prospective clients begin their trading journey while delivering a professional and compliant customer experience.
Contact and engage prospective clients via outbound calls and digital communication.
Convert new leads into active trading clients.
Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their investment goals.
Educate clients about the companys trading products and services.
Guide clients through the account opening and verification process.
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
Ensure all communication complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the Retention and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Native or fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
Previous experience as a Conversion Agent within the Forex/CFD industry.
Experience working for a regulated Forex broker is highly preferred.
Strong sales negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to build rapport and close new business.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
Highly target-driven with a proven sales record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment.

Required Skills:
