We are looking for an ABA Practice Operations Manager to support and improve the operational performance of a growing autism therapy provider.

This role requires someone who is accountable detail-oriented and able to manage multiple operational workflows without compromising quality.

You will be responsible for ensuring that key operational functions run efficiently and reliably.

What Youll Do

Coordinate recruiting and hiring processes
Support onboarding and internal workflow management
Manage intake coordination and insurance verification tracking
Assist with scheduling and operational alignment
Track credentialing licensing and compliance
Maintain accurate records and operational visibility

What Success Looks Like

No breakdowns in hiring intake or scheduling workflows
Accurate and complete operational tracking
Minimal errors or rework in processes
Strong reliability and consistency across tasks
Clear organization and documentation across systems

Experience in ABA or healthcare operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without errors
