Sportsbook Support Agent German Speaking (mf)

The Sportsbook Support Agent is responsible for the settlement and control of all pre-match offered sport events long term bets and special bets and is also providing operational support to internal teams within Tipico Group via the betting hotline. The job holder is also responsible for providing support in regard to the Sportsbook offer for various other departments but mainly for the Customer Support team in Malta.

Your playing field

• Monitor and evaluate sports events including completed postponed interrupted and cancelled events as well as long-term bets.
• Research and verify relevant sports information through official websites reliable online sources and social media including schedule changes cancellations injuries and participant changes.
• Verify event information start times and displayed data and identify and report potential inconsistencies using internal tools and automated alerts.
• Provide sportsbook-related telephone support in German including assistance with betting tickets and sportsbook enquiries communicate internally in Croatian and use English for communication and feedback with other departments.
• Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and communicate important information.

• Tech-savvy. You can use the common MS Office programs and quickly learn to use new systems such as our self-developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.  

Nice to have: 

• Experience in iGaming or sports betting is an advantage but not a requirement.
