AutoJob is a fast-growing SaaS platform that automates job applications for users worldwide. We currently serve 50000 users across 85 countries helping job seekers streamline their search and land opportunities faster. As we scale were looking for a driven Sales Agent based in Zagreb to help us grow our customer base.

The Role

Were looking for a results-oriented Sales Agent who can drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for AutoJob. Youll be responsible for identifying potential customers demonstrating the value of our platform and converting leads into paying subscribers. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is motivated by hitting targets.

hat Youll Do

Youll own the sales process from initial contact through to conversion reaching out to prospects across calls email and social channels. Youll qualify leads handle objections and run product demos that clearly show how AutoJob solves a prospects problem. Youll build and maintain a healthy pipeline keeping our CRM up to date so nothing falls through the cracks and consistently work toward monthly targets. Youll work closely with the founder feeding back what prospects are saying objections competitor mentions pricing pushback so we can keep sharpening the offer.

What Were Looking For

• 1 years of sales experience (SaaS or B2B preferred not required)
• Confident clear communicator comfortable across phone email and video calls
• Confident clear spoken English (additional Croatian fluency is a plus for local outreach)
• Resilient comfortable with rejection and able to stay consistent
• Organized enough to keep a CRM up to date without being chased
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a small fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to international markets
• Familiarity with dialer/CRM tools (HubSpot Apollo Aircall JustCall or similar)
• Interest in or exposure to the recruitment/HR tech space
