Marketing Specialist

AutoJob is a Dublin-based SaaS platform that automates job applications for job seekers helping people apply to more roles faster and with less manual effort. We operate across 85 countries and have a large and growing user base. Since bootstrapping in 2021 weve expanded from a core application-automation tool into recruitment agency services Erasmus student placement coordination career events and community building.

Were hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of AutoJobs paid and organic growth channels. Youll be the driving force behind acquiring new users improving conversion through the signup funnel and scaling whats already working while testing new markets and channels.

This is a hands-on full-stack growth role: youll be running campaigns analysing data and iterating quickly not just strategizing from the sidelines.

Plan launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Google Search and other relevant channelsOwn conversion rate optimisation for the Autojob App signup and onboarding flow working from GA4 and product dataBuild and refine email marketing sequences (abandoned cart onboarding re-engagement) inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)Identify and test new geographic markets building on past campaigns in regions like Croatia and BosniaManage and improve gamification / credit-based engagement mechanics to drive retentionSet up and maintain cold outreach infrastructure where relevant (domains warming deliverability)Report on CAC LTV funnel conversion and channel ROI and use that data to reallocate budgetCollaborate closely with the founder on positioning messaging and go-to-market for new product lines (recruitment services Erasmus placements career events)
