Clinical Trial Administrative Assistant part timestudent position

The CT Administrative Assistant provides administrative and documentation support to the Clinical Trial Administration team. This role supports day-to-day departmental operations through efficient document handling and coordination of general administrative activities ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with internal procedures. This is an office-based role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Clinical Trial Administration team.
• Support maintenance of departmental documentation.
• Support maintenance of trackers templates and logs to ensure data accuracy.
• Support preparation and formatting of departmental reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with CTAs and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Other related duties necessary for the effective operation of the department and company.

• A student with active student status
• Administrative support experience preferred but not required
