Business Development & Operations Manager Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)
Work location: Zagreb and Ljubljana

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SGS business growth and development across Croatia and Slovenia.
- In Slovenia oversee P&L performance operational effectiveness and achievement of financial objectives.
- In Croatia drive commercial growth market expansion and business development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial activities to increase revenue and market share.
- Represent SGS and ensure compliance with company policies standards and values
Qualifications :
Candidate profile:
- Masters degree in Business Management Marketing Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development sales management or a similar commercial leadership role.
- Experience in a B2B service environment is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targets
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Croatian and/or Slovenian is considered an advantage
- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities
- High level of professionalism responsibility and integrity
