The Opportunity

Infoya is growing rapidly in Costa Rica and we are looking for an energetic highly organized and bilingual Talent & Operations Analyst to play a key role in the continued growth of our Costa Rica Development Centre (CRDC).


This is a highly visible and hands-on role at the intersection of talent people and business operations. You will help us attract and onboard great talent create an exceptional employee experience keep our local operations running smoothly and support the compliance requirements of a growing global technology company.


You will work closely with Infoyas local and global leadership teams and take meaningful ownership across recruitment employee onboarding office operations payroll coordination reporting and Free Trade Zone (FTZ) compliance.

Requirements

What Youll Own

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Drive recruitment efforts for Infoyas Costa Rica Development Centre helping us attract and hire strong technical talent as we continue to grow.

Coordinate the full recruitment process including candidate communication interview scheduling follow-ups and documentation.

Keep our recruitment pipeline organized and moving by maintaining accurate records in Zoho Recruit.

Partner with hiring managers and global teams to ensure recruitment priorities timelines and growth plans stay on track.

Create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for every new team member.


People & Business Operations

Be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations vendors facilities and employee needs.

Take ownership of office equipment and asset inventory including laptops and peripherals while coordinating with Procurement and IT.

Support legal banking payroll and Free Trade Zone documentation.

Coordinate timesheets and employee information required for payroll processing.

Help organize team events staff meetings leadership visits and other activities that bring our team together.


Reporting Compliance & FTZ Support.

Prepare clear weekly updates on recruitment operations and key priorities for leadership.

Maintain accurate employee documentation and support audit tax legal and compliance requirements.

Support FTZ reporting requirements including headcount capital expenditures contracts and related documentation.

Work closely with global HR and Operations teams to ensure local practices align with Costa Rican requirements and Infoyas global standards.


What Were Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You are organized approachable comfortable juggling multiple priorities and excited by the opportunity to help build something as it grows.

You bring:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in office operations HR administration recruitment coordination or a similar roleideally within a technology or professional services environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational communication and follow-through skills.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Zoho Recruit or another applicant tracking system is an asset.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
  • Knowledge of Costa Rican labour practices and payroll processes.
  • Experience working within a Free Trade Zone environment.
  • Experience supporting a global organization and navigating cross-cultural distributed teams.
