• Work towards meeting all Finance and Operations measures.
• Strong process improvement drivePeople Process and Stakeholder management Manage end to end F&A processes for defined projects and assigned territories.
• Manage external and internal customer expectations.
• Delivers on promises to clients even if unrelated to SLAs.
• Delivers processes as per client SLAs.
• Actively reacts to CSAT comments and recommends the solutions to exceed clients expectations.
• Manage attrition (keep below target).
• Mentoring direct reports in terms of their day-to-day tasks and career path (incl. defining their development needs).
• Promotes rewards and recognition programs linked to values and specific business objectives.
• Invests in opportunities to better serve clients and delivering solutions not just meeting SLAs

• Experience in managing big F&A teamsDemonstrated leadership skills and high performance
