Qualifications :
610 years of experience in End User Computing IT Operations or Infrastructure Support. Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and inventory control processes. Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements. Knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 Active Directory Intune/SCCM endpoint security and ITSM tools. Experience providing onsite support for network server and infrastructure teams. Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
