[8GT] Senior Fullstack Developer Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs
• Lead technical delivery across engineering workstreams ensuring code quality and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Support CI/CD pipelines deployment processes and production reliability
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks

Qualifications :

Requirements

• 8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in backend development ( TypeScript Python or Go)
• Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda S3 SQS CDK DynamoDB Step Functions)
• Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB DynamoDB)
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Strong understanding of CI/CD Git and Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity

Nice to Have

• Experience in media ad tech or data-heavy platforms
• Familiarity with Snowflake Kinesis or data pipeline tooling
• Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures
