Warehouse Site Leader
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Site Leader to oversee daily operations at our Cofradía site. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong floor leadership with data-driven decision-making and proven experience in warehouse operations.
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound storage inventory outbound)
Drive operational performance through KPIs (safety quality productivity costs)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as main point of escalation
Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports and 70 indirect employees
Conduct daily Gemba walks to ensure execution safety and process adherence
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Kaizen 5S)
Monitor inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes using WMS
Manage cost control aligned with operational budgets
Drive a high-performance culture with strong discipline and accountability
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Mechanical or related)
7 years in warehouse / contract logistics operations
Proven leadership in large-scale operations (50 employees)
Strong customer-facing experience
Background in inventory management and warehouse execution
Experience in logistics operators
Advanced Excel
Power BI
SAP
WMS (mandatory)
Other:
Intermediate English (desirable)
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Kaizen)
Leadership profile:
Strong presence on the floor (not desk-based)
Data-driven decision making
High sense of urgency and accountability
Firm leadership style with focus on results and structure
Ability to challenge influence and manage stakeholders #LI-MP1
