Trainee Atlassian Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Learning (Year 1):
  

  • Participate in comprehensive training covering Jira Confluence Jira Service Management and other key Atlassian tools.
    

  • Engage in workshops on agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban with practical applications using Atlassian products.
    

  • Complete all accreditations required for Atlassian Partners.
    

• Hands-On Practice:
  

  • Perform tasks such as creating Jira and Confluence instances managing projects setting up workflows and configuring automation.
    

  • Handle mock incidents and support requests in Jira Service Management to build practical consulting skills.
    

  • Complete assignments designed to simulate real-world consulting scenarios.
    

• Skill Development:
  

  • Choose and work towards an Atlassian Certification to deepen your expertise in Jira or Jira Service Management.
    

  • Learn essential consulting skills from understanding client needs to recommending effective Atlassian solutions.
    

• Mentorship and Feedback:
  

  • Work closely with assigned mentors who will guide you through the program offering support and feedback.
    

  • Participate in regular evaluations to track progress refine skills and address any challenges.
    

• Practice Period:
  

  • Transition into a 1-year practice role as a Certified Atlassian Consultant with a graduated salary.
    

  • Apply your skills in real-world consulting engagements working with clients in the United States and globally.
    

  • Receive ongoing feedback and performance evaluations during the practice year.
    

• Post-Practice Opportunity:
  

  • Upon completion of the practice year your performance will be evaluated.
    

  • Based on your performance you may be offered a permanent full-time role as an Atlassian Consultant.
    

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or early-career professional passionate about technology and consulting.
  

• Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira is a plus but not mandatory.
  

• Strong desire to learn and develop skills within the Atlassian ecosystem.
  

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
