Job Summary

This is a remote position in Colombia - Tracking Coordinator - Combined schedule
Wednesday through Friday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
As a Tracking Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring we exceed our clients KPI expectations. You will be the primary liaison between our Carrier Sales Representatives Account Operations Team and our partner carriers.

Requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers
  • Monitor loading unloading and appointments follow up with customers regarding delays missed appointments and late arrivals
  • Identifying potential problems before they occur
  • Ensuring that any problems such as delays accidents etc. are communicated immediately to our Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams
  • Demonstrates professionalism positive attitude and exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Assist other team members when required.

Required Skills:

Full tracking support of drayage and containers en route on rail Retrieve and file relevant load paperwork BOL/POD/Customs documents etc. Assist with creation and maintenance of load tracking reports provided to internal staff. Communicate any load delay and/or service disruption immediately to Intermodal Acct Manager. Proactively identify potential operational disruptions before they occur. Assist Intermodal Account Manager with load tender creation and rail billing when requested. Provide written Spanish -English translations to Intermodal Account Manager when requested.
