• Realizar mantenimiento de motores eléctricos bombas tableros eléctricos sistemas de iluminación compresores y demás equipos de producción.
• Ejecutar inspecciones periódicas de maquinaria e infraestructura para prevenir fallas.
• Apoyar el montaje instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.

• Realizar reparaciones locativas básicas en instalaciones puertas estructuras plomería pintura y cerrajería cuando la operación lo requiera.
• Atender oportunamente los requerimientos de mantenimiento en las diferentes áreas de producción almacenamiento y despacho.

• Registrar las actividades realizadas en el sistema de mantenimiento.
• Solicitar repuestos y materiales necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos.
• Cumplir con los procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y demás normas de inocuidad alimentaria.
• Mantener el orden y limpieza del área de trabajo y de las herramientas asignadas.
• Atender emergencias técnicas que puedan afectar la continuidad de la operación.
