What would you do

• Lead the technical vision architecture and execution of our Internal Tools platform.

• Design build and maintain scalable solutions using Angular TypeScript and .

• Act as the technical bridge between Operations and Engineering ensuring alignment across teams.

• Mentor engineers through code reviews technical guidance and career development.

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.

• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

• Own technical quality security performance and observability across our internal products.

• Stay hands-on by contributing code while leading technical decision-making.
  

Your experience has been shaped by

• 4 years of experience in Software Engineering including experience leading technical teams.

• Strong expertise with Angular TypeScript and .

• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

• Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies marketplaces or startup environments.

• Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Operations and Engineering.

• Strong understanding of software security observability and engineering best practices.

• English level B2 or above.
