Role Summary and Impact

The TA Senior Associateis responsible fordelivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles and business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs drive sourcing strategies and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience from intake through offer acceptance.

The role plays a key part inmaintaininghiring momentum by proactively managing pipelinesidentifyingrisks early and adapting strategies to meet evolving business priorities. Operating witha high levelof ownership and accountability the TA Senior Associate contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function through strong execution stakeholder partnership and continuous improvement of recruiting practices.

• Contributetocontinuousimprovementofrecruitmentprocessesandwaysofworking

• Supporthiringacrossdifferentareasorspecialismsbasedonbusinessneedsandteamcapacity

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Psychology Business Administration or a related field

• 3yearsofexperiencein TalentAcquisitionwithprovenend-to-endrecruitingexperience

• Experiencemanagingmultiplerequisitionssimultaneouslyacrossdifferentbusinessareasorlevelsofcomplexity

• Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskillswiththeabilitytoinfluenceandmanageexpectationseffectively

• AdvancedEnglishproficiency(C1)writtenandspoken

• ExperienceworkingwithATSplatformsandmaintaininghighstandardsofdataaccuracyandprocessdiscipline
