• Apoyar en el buen desarrollo de sistema de Gestión de Inocuidad de Alimentos buenas prácticas de manufactura y HACCP
• Apoyo en la Implementación y certificación de los sistemas de calidad
• Verificación de los registros de toma de temperaturas en cada una de las etapas del proceso de producción (recibo de materia prima almacenamiento elaboración montaje y despacho)
• Revisión y archivo de los formatos del sistema de inocuidad.
