Senior Project Manager

Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team reporting to the Director Delivery Manager. In this role youll help shape how we deliver complex high-impact technology projects that support our business and clients globally.

Youll fit right in if youre organized collaborative and solutions-driven love working across teams and time zones and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project plans budgets risks and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers analysts and stakeholders to deliver results.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements quality standards and strategic objectives.
• What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP or equivalent).
• Postgraduate degree in a related field.
• Experience with systems integration architecture or product development projects.

This position will be located in Bogotá Colombia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
