We are building the training data and evaluation infrastructure that frontier AI labs use to train and improve their next-generation models. Partnering directly with leading AI research labs we design high-signal datasets and rigorous dynamic evaluations that go far beyond static benchmarks.
As a Software Engineer you will join a lean high-velocity post-Series A team where individual contributors exercise direct outsized impact. You will own end-to-end engineering initiatives across the stack build platform infrastructure and work directly with frontier labsgetting a firsthand look at model capabilities months before they hit the market.

- End-to-End Ownership: Design build and scale core systems from day one spanning full-stack features and platform infrastructure.
- AI Evaluation Systems: Build and optimize human-in-the-loop platforms complex annotator workflows and dynamic evaluation suites.
- Platform & Data Engineering: Architect scalable data pipelines fraud detection mechanisms and backend infrastructure capable of handling large-scale evaluation loads.
- Frontier Lab Collaboration: Work directly with technical stakeholders at partner AI labs to design and deploy custom evaluation frameworks.
- Technical Decision-Making: Make swift high-judgment trade-offs between delivery speed and system reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Core Stack Proficiency: Strong production experience in Python and/or Go.
- Distributed Systems & System Design: Deep understanding of distributed architecture API design high-throughput systems and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Proven Builder Instincts: An active GitHub profile (or equivalent portfolio) demonstrating real-world project ownership and builder capabilities.
- Autonomy & Accountability: High agency strong self-direction and a proven track record of taking complex projects from 0 to 1 without hand-holding.
- Communication & Mindset: Clear verbal and written communication skills along with a genuine conviction about the trajectory of frontier AI and startup culture.
- Prior experience as a Founding Engineer or Technical Founder.
- Track record of thriving in high-growth early-stage startup environments backed by strong references.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation paradigms data annotation pipelines or RLHF workflows.
- Direct exposure to cutting-edge AI developments and top frontier research labs.
- High autonomy minimal red tape and massive scope for technical leadership.
- Fully remote work flexibility across LATAM.
