Software Development Engineer 3

About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II to join our team and contribute to the development of our React Component Library a key foundation for creating scalable consistent and high-quality user experiences across our applications.

In this role you will collaborate with engineers product teams and stakeholders to design develop and maintain reusable front-end components while ensuring performance accessibility and code quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about modern front-end development and enjoys building solutions that empower other engineering teams.

• Design develop test and maintain reusable UI components using React and JavaScript.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the organizations React Component Library.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and help ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Support development efforts across multiple layers of the application stack as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on quality and user experience.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide peer support and assist in onboarding junior engineers.

• Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with modern front-end tooling and build systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices.
