At CGI we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend to join an international project.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Conversational English level B2 or higher.
- 6 years of experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or in related technical roles.

- Experience building modern web applications using frontend frameworks (React preferred).

- Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend software engineering best practices.
- Experience working in a testing-focused engineering culture.

Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain modern web applications using React and JavaScript.
- Build responsive scalable and high-performance user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers UX/UI Designers and Engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Develop and consume GraphQL APIs to support frontend functionality.
- Optimize application performance accessibility and user experience across browsers and devices.
- Write clean maintainable and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
- Build and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- Debug and resolve issues across modern browsers including Chrome Safari and mobile browsers.
- Contribute to automated testing strategies and quality assurance efforts.
Nice to have:
- Single Page Application (SPA) architecture experience.
- Master Data Management (MDM) platform experience.
- Experience with data integration frameworks and APIs.
- Experience supporting modernization of legacy systems.
Additional Skills:
- Strong frontend engineering expertise with deep React knowledge.
- Product-minded approach with the ability to collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.
