The Job:
As a Senior Segregation of Duties (SOD) Analyst youll be part of our Access Controls/Corporate Controllership team working as a remote get to:
Managing and enhancing the companys Segregation of Duties framework within the organizations IT and business processes. Analysing designing and monitoring controls to mitigate risks associated with conflicting duties ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead the design implementation and maintenance of SOD controls across key business systems and processes.
Perform risk assessments and identify potential conflicts in business roles and system access.
Collaborate with business units IT and compliance teams to remediate SOD conflicts and implement effective controls.
Maintain SOD rulesets and matrices in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of SOD controls access management and user provisioning.
Prepare and present reports on SOD compliance risk exposures and remediation activities to management.
Support internal and external audits related to SOD & access controls.
Provide guidance and training to business and IT stakeholders on SOD best practices.
Administer GRC business roles (including adding new or changing existing GRC business roles) during ongoing S4 HANA deployments.
Review changes in security and assess changes for GRC ruleset
Design test plans and conduct testing for GRC ruleset changes / conduct routine checks.

Strong understanding of internal controls access management and regulatory frameworks (e.g. SOX GDPR).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Above-average written and verbal communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations.
Project management skills.
Familiarity with GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) platforms.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Advanced level of English.
3 5 years of experience in SOD analysis IT controls risk management or related compliance roles.
Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP Oracle Infor etc.) and SOD analysis tools.
Experienced in supporting audit processes and regulatory compliance initiatives.
