Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

About the Role
The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing implementing and administering compensation programs practices and policies. This role involves analyzing evaluating and preparing recommendations to ensure Hyland maintains a competitive and cost-effective position in the markets in which we operate.
Your Role Responsibilities Heres What Youll Do.
- Lead sales compensation initiatives involving analysis revision development or re-design of programs leveraging deep expertise and best practice knowledge
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Executives Managers business leaders and HR Business Partners identifying and solving sales compensation issues to ensure programs meet the needs of the business and its people
- Plan model create and evaluate sales compensation plans analyzing existing structures to drive improvements aligned with business needs
- Research develop and recommend sales compensation policies and procedures that support organizational goals
- Develop and deliver timely meaningful analyses to inform decision-making related to sales compensation programs
- Mentor coach and provide feedback to team members contributing to the overall growth and technical capability of the team
Role Essentials
Youll be set up for success if you have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Compensation Analyst or Compensation Professional
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with discretion and tact
