Seasonal Dispatch Specialist

The Dispatch Specialist will play a key role in addressing inquiries resolving issues and managing orders from our valued external and internal customers. This position requires a swift and professional approach to overcoming service-related challenges.We are looking for a candidate who brings experience in Customer Service and Dispatch to the table.

Please note this is a seasonal/temporary position with a fixed-term contract.

• Ensures that all communication with customers (internal/external) is courteous cordial business-like and timely.
• Efficiently covers phones for service calls to ensure departmental service level agreements are being met. Enters jobs on service tech schedules in the Benco Field Service Management (FSM) software throughout the day based on daily incoming customer requests.
• Communications with customers are professional. Emails chats and texts should be well written and responses must be very thorough answering all questions fully. Spell check is utilized.
• Directly interacts with service techs and Field Service Management to maintain the efficiency of operation and maximizing the scheduling time of techs.
• Effectively escalates exceptions to the coordinator and/or Field Service Management and provides support for problems.
• Research information needed to handle requests for credit or billing problems.
• Can accurately enter a basic part order using the manufacturer number or the item number if needed.
• Accurately bills all service invoices using correct item numbers quantities and van stock.
• Properly checks all technicians schedules in respective regions to ensure schedules are complete and all left over calls are properly rescheduled.
• Accurately documents discussions with customers technicians Territory Representatives and Field Service Management in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Benco Field Service Management software systems in a timely manner; effectively utilizing notes in providing quality customer service.
• Keeps management informed by providing accurate and timely information that ensures customers are served efficiently in meeting their expectations.
• Assist with scheduling coordinating and follow up tasks related to prescheduled maintenance and calibration service type requests.
• Maintains a composed confident and professional manner in all situations. Leads by example by keeping a positive can-do attitude.
  
  Requirements
  
• Availability:Must have full availability to work shifts within the 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM window.
• Education:High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Experience:
• 1 year customer service experience (Required)
• 1 year dispatch technical support or scheduling experience (Preferred)

  Monthly Completion Bonus
• In addition to your base salary you will receive a completion bonus for each successfully completed month:
• Equivalent to 370000 COP per completed month
• The total accumulated bonus is paid as a lump sum at the end of your contract once you successfully complete the full agreed term
• This means that if you complete your full contract successfully you will receive all your monthly bonuses together in one final payment.
