This is a Flexwork position based in Cali Colombia combining field activities across the assigned territory with remote work from home. The role requires frequent interaction with healthcare professionals and customers supporting commercial growth relationship management and business development initiatives throughout the region. Depending on business needs occasional travel may be required to support customer visits training activities meetings and other commercial objectives

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Responsible for developing building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
• Responsible for pursuing leads assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services
• Promotes and establishes education of the companys products and/or services
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D Operations and Marketing

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• High School diploma required
• 3 years of practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area obtained through education combined with sales experience
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level required)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare industries
• Practical knowledge of Sales Force
• Bachelors Degree
