A Sales Manager analyses local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.

What will I be doing

As Sales Manager you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Experience in hotel sales including management of groups corporate accounts associations federations and events.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively close business opportunities.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Goal-oriented with strong focus on achieving sales targets budgets and commercial results.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Experience managing negotiations with senior executives and participating in strategic decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of the associations federations and corporate market segment (contacts databases networking and industry events).
• Excellent organizational planning and sales follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Highly commercial dynamic proactive profile focused on revenue generation for the hotel.
• Excellent service attitude toward clients and Team Members.
• High level of commitment initiative autonomy and sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent professional presentation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt demonstrate resilience and handle commercial objections effectively.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management and strategic networking skills.
• Minimum English level: B2.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in international brand hotels or within the hospitality/tourism industry.
