Role Summary

The Sales Representative (LATAM Remote) is responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting cold calling LinkedIn outreach email sequences and closing sales calls with clients. This role requires C1 English strong communication skills and the ability to manage a highvolume pipeline with discipline and accuracy.

This is a performancedriven role with uncapped commissions and clear KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting cold calling LinkedIn outreach email outreach and multitouch followups.

  • Discovery & Qualification identify needs qualify prospects and book sales calls.

  • Sales Presentations deliver valuedriven pitches to U.S. clients.

  • Objection Handling confidently address concerns and move deals forward.

  • Closing Calls negotiate pricing present offers and close deals.

  • CRM Management update notes stages tasks and followups daily.

  • Pipeline Forecasting maintain accurate deal tracking and reporting.

  • FollowUp Sequences execute multichannel nurture campaigns.



Requirements

  • 24 years in Sales BDR/SDR Appointment Setting or HighTicket Closing

  • C1 English (spoken written)

  • Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot Close GoHighLevel Salesforce etc.)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Lemlist Instantly or similar tools

  • Ability to manage highvolume pipelines and hit KPIs

  • Selfmotivated organized and performancedriven

Compensation

  • Base uncapped commissions

Location Requirements

  • Must be based in LATAM

Required Skills:

2 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account acquisition. Experience selling marketing advertising digital SaaS technology or professional services is preferred. Strong prospecting negotiation and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive) is a plus. Self-motivated organized and results-oriented.


Required Education:

Current student and recent graduate with associate degree or higher
