The Sales Representative (LATAM Remote) is responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting cold calling LinkedIn outreach email sequences and closing sales calls with clients. C1 English (spoken written)
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience using CRMs (HubSpot Close GoHighLevel Salesforce etc.)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales NavigatorApolloLemlistInstantly or similar tools
Ability to manage highvolume pipelines and hit KPIs

Required Skills:
2 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account acquisition. Experience selling marketing advertising digital SaaS technology or professional services is preferred. Strong prospecting negotiation and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive) is a plus. Self-motivated organized and results-oriented.
