Role Summary

This position is responsible for driving outbound sales pipeline creation through phone-based outreach for a three-year-old SaaS platform specializing in contractor collections. The business is transitioning from inbound referrals to an aggressive outbound sales model to solve demo generation bottlenecks and double revenue by year-end. The successful candidate will join a targeted outbound sales team focused on high-volume cold calling to reach an audience that relies on direct phone communication.

• Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

• Salary / Rate: Base Salary of $1000 $1500 USD per month plus $25 per qualified demo show-up (Bonus structure disclosed later in the interview process)

Role Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cold calling as the primary outbound sales channel to engage contractors (Ideal Customer Profile) who are unresponsive to email and LinkedIn outreach.

• Generate qualified demo bookings to support company revenue growth goals.

• Work in a hands-on direct-outreach SDR capacity daily.

• Participate in group onboarding and structured training alongside peers.

• Contribute to an outbound team structure

• Achieve target demo conversion metrics to help the organization double its revenue by year-end.

Required Skills & Experience (Hard Skills)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

• Must be currently employed in a hands-on SDR position (no unemployed candidates accepted for any reason).

• Demonstrated long-term sales track record with no history of job-hopping.

• Extensive experience with phone-based sales and cold calling outreach.

• High-level English proficiency.

• Low-level/neutral accent (suitable for call reception in the US market).

• Ability to work align with US business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST).
