Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of leads to ensure engagement and progression through the sales funnel.

• Strong collaboration with Marketing team to improve quality and nurture Inbound and Outbound Leads.

• Validates transaction processing inputs and operational outputs by

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced sales environment utilizing phone calls and emails to connect with potential customers.

• Conduct thorough research on accounts identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our products and services.

• Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Manage accounts prospects calls and activities in to track progress and performance.

• Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate.

• Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings

• Focus on qualifying high-quality leads and ensuring proper follow-up to set the stage for successful sales closures by the sales team

• : Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in international business Sales Marketing or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Experience working with a CRM system preferably and sales is required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Native Level of Spanish and advanced level of English. Portugues is a strong plus.

• Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers

• Comfortable making numerous calls per day and effectively engaging with prospects.

• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.

• Professional and confident presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions.

• Proven work experience in a sales or lead generation role preferably as an SDR.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
