REV OPS Data Analyst 23- LATAMChannel

Location: Colombia LATAM Remote

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Hyland you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Youll analyze trends maintain reporting tools and help ensure the integrity of the data that powers our operations all while contributing to a collaborative high-performing team.

• Perform risk analyses by gathering and interpreting business trend data with guidance from team members
• Track and maintain key metrics and dashboards to support business visibility
• Summarize analytical findings into clear concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Conduct data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and reliability across data sources
• Compose internal documentation detailing processes methodologies and findings
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve internal efficiencies staying current on best practices and market trends

• Power BI
• SQL

1. Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst with a proven track record of performing analyses
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage others with professionalism discretion and tact
5. Solid project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2. Demonstrated ability to research gather and integrate information from a variety of sources
3. Strong business and technology acumen
4. Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively within teams and across functional areas
5. Strong organizational skills with experience in data visualization and dashboard reporting
