As a Quality Manager responsibility includes ensuring the leadership and coordination with BSN Medical to secure the availability of all required documentation needed to guarantee a successful portfolio registration process as well as managing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with local Health Authorities and Headquarters.
Your Tasks
  • Ensure that all products marketed in the Andean Community countries comply with regulatory requirements established by local authorities.
  • Lead the Winning on Shelf process as well as internal and external audits to ensure compliance with local Health Authorities and Headquarters.
  • Ensure product availability from a Quality perspective by releasing products to the market when required.
  • Maintain the companys Quality Management System in compliance with local regulatory guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Lead Pharmacovigilance Tecnovigilance and the management of events and incidents (Cosmetic Products) with clients and/or INVIMA.
  • Support the artwork approval process regarding product claims and legal information for new product launches and re-launches.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (specialization preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
  • Preferred experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Conversational English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs.
  • Experience working with INVIMA (Colombian National Institute for Food and Drug Surveillance)
  • SAP knowledge (desirable)
