Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the International Banking Fraud Management team by supporting the Senior Manager in the planning coordination execution and monitoring of Fraud projects for International Banking. The role supports the delivery of specific individual goals plans and initiatives in alignment with the teams business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations Finance policies and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge.
Support the Senior Manager in managing a complex portfolio of project and strategic initiatives with multiple interdependencies involving internal and external stakeholders matrixed partners and teams across multiple geographies.
Assist in maintaining alignment between the International Banking Fraud project portfolio and International Banking priorities considering business needs and challenges. Assist in ensuring clear linkage between the business vision project scope objectives and benefit-tracking mechanisms.
Support the development coordination and monitoring of key initiatives under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
Support project activities including tracking progress supporting digital and technology initiatives relevant to Fraud and facilitating integration-related activities as required.
Provide ongoing tactical and operational support to the Senior Manager relevant Fraud teams Technology/Digital teams and project leaders in the implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with International Banking Fraud teams across the region to gather information track dependencies identify obstacles and escalate items requiring Senior Manager attention.
Support coordination with Global Fraud Technology and Global Technology/Systems teams on key project activities including interim funding business case inputs design implementation testing and readiness tracking.
Prepare and consolidate project status updates progress reports meeting materials action item trackers and documentation for review by the Senior Manager and for escalation to leadership as required. Maintain project documentation including status critical path risks issues dependencies and mitigation actions.
Build strong working relationships with functional areas and support communications with local Fraud IT&S Risk Management Finance vendors and other stakeholders. Help ensure project needs are tracked follow-ups are completed and issues are escalated to the Senior Manager when required.
Support the Global Fraud Program team in coordinating architecture technology roadmap cost estimation and implementation activities for supported countries ensuring alignment with the Fraud Technology Target.
Support engagement with Product Engineering Innovation Digital and external vendor teams by coordinating input documenting updates tracking open items and facilitating project activities such as costing design implementation testing and go-live readiness.
Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Actively support effective and efficient operations within assigned areas while helping ensure adherence to day-to-day business controls and obligations related to operational risk regulatory compliance risk AML/ATF risk and conduct risk including responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Education / Experience
Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
Strong financial acumenincluding budget tracking forecasting variance analysis (Forecast vs. Actuals) and month-end reporting activities.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution tracking and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in afast-paced environment.
Experience supporting the development update and maintenance of business cases.
English proficiency at an intermediate toupper-intermediate level (B1 / B2).
Working Conditions
