Job Summary
Job Description:
Role Purpose:TheManagerexecutesmedia campaignsforthe client.They ensure efficient completion ofcampaign workperforminsightful data analysisand communicate optimizationsand recommendationsinternally. Theyare responsible formanaging dailypacingand performancechecks and are the first line of defense for QA process to ensure campaign executionsdeliveras planned.
Managers collaborate withHub Buyingleads tocontribute toreportsand activation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the planning process anddemonstratestheability totranslate a brief into campaign strategies and eventually into tactical plans within buying platformsor insertion orders. Theydemonstratesubject matterexpertiseand in-depth knowledge of the buying platformsand partnerstheyare responsible foroperating. The role isinternalfacingbuttheability to communicate clearly about rationale and campaign results is essential.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of campaigns across channelsin platform
Collaborate asa team toaccomplishtasks efficiently ensuring seamless campaign execution
Provide oversight ofplansto ensureoptimizationsand pacing are delivering expectedperformance
Analyze datatointerpretresults andcommunicate insightsandoptimizationrecommendations
Ensurepre-launch and post-launchQA processes are properly completedforall campaigns
Developtactical recommendationsshowcasingstrong rationale and innovative thinking
Maintainup-to-dateproficiencywithbuyingplatforms and technologyto execute programmatic campaignsand plan/book direct campaigns
Demonstrateunderstandingofaudience strategyand ability to interpret and implement in-platform
Assistwith pixel and tag generation implementation and quality assurance.
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of digital mediaecosystem including all elements of the tech and how they work together (DSPs SSPs data partners third partyadverification partners etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegreeor2-3years experiencewithin the digitaland programmaticindustry
Experience across programmatic technology platforms and omnichannel DSPs such as DV360 TTD Xandr Yahoo& others.
Experienceacrossother industry & ad technology platforms such as ad servers (ex:CM360) ad verification platforms (ex:DoubleVerify IAS)Mediaocean Prisma or similar planning/financial platforms etc.
Advanced understanding and experience withindustry trends and challenges such as SPO andcookieless
Experiencewith troubleshooting/auditing PMP/PG deals
Strongverbal and written communications presentationand analytical skills
Collaboration mindset/team player
Ability toretainprofessionalism in all situations
Detail-oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through- capable of prioritizing
