POSITION PURPOSE

Provide key administrative support to the People department ensuring the efficient management of HR processes data handling and analysis. This role will also act as a Junior Business Partner for the distributors business unit supporting talent initiatives and aligning HR practices with business needs. The position plays a crucial role in strengthening a collaborative organizational culture that values teamwork trust and relationship-building.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Administrative Support for the People Department (50%)

1.1. Manage and update People databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
1.2. Support administrative processes such as hiring onboarding offboarding and managing vacation and leave records.
1.3. Administer HR management systems (HRIS) and generate regular reports for the team and leadership.
1.4. Coordinate training processes and internal events that foster collaboration and engagement.
1.5. Ensure proper management of employment documentation and compliance with internal HR processes.

2. Junior Business Partner for the Distributors Unit (30%)

2.1. Act as a liaison between the People department and the distributors business unit supporting the implementation of talent management employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
2.2. Provide guidance to business unit leaders on basic talent management development and well-being topics.
2.3. Identify HR needs specific to the distributors unit and collaborate on action plans.
2.4. Support local and regional People projects impacting the distributors unit.

3. Data Management and Analysis (20%)

3.1. Generate and analyze key HR performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover headcount absenteeism and performance.
3.2. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
3.3. Ensure data integrity across HR systems and suggest improvements in data management processes.
3.4. Collaborate on digitalization and process automation projects related to talent management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in psychology Business Administration Industrial Engineering Human Resources or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative HR roles.
  • Previous experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies or similar environments is desirable.
  • Experience in handling HR-related data and reports.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes including recruitment development and performance management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive approach with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Teamwork and a focus on peoples well-being.
