Where Youll Make a Difference
- Manage inventory of raw materials packaging and lab supplies within the Scent laboratory
- Support preparation of fragrance samples for internal evaluations and customer requirements
- Ensure proper handling labeling and storage of materials aligned with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate material requests stock replenishment and disposal of obsolete materials
- Perform cleaning maintenance and proper handling of lab equipment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of samples
- Track material consumption and support planning based on operational needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with lab processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within lab operations
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Technical diploma or equivalent (recent graduates or early career candidates considered)
- 01 year of experience (internships or trainee experience acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of laboratory manufacturing or inventory processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Basic understanding of safety practices and material handling
- English reading comprehension (basic to intermediate)
- Ability to work in a hands-on operational environment
