- Maintain tune and support the Armis cybersecurity platform including Platform Health Asset Management Vulnerability Management and Threat Detection capabilities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between the Armis platform and other cybersecurity network and monitoring tools across the organization.
- Perform networkrelated troubleshooting to support the availability performance and stability of the platforms infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to the teams ticket queue resolving routine operational issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Operate systems that detect new devices connecting to manufacturing networks working with site personnel to authorize classify and inventory devices.
- Prepare and maintain asset inventory worksheets for manufacturing sites to assist with accurate identification and documentation of assets.
- Tune detection rules and alerts to improve identification of malicious activity while reducing false positives.
- Develop basic visualizations and reports to track platform health asset coverage and operational status.
- Speak to the breadth of an entire security program landscape at a senior level to Abbott business and manufacturing personnel.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or related field; or equivalent certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Prior experience working with IT or OT tools with asset/network discovery features (e.g. PRTG SolarWinds Nagios Lansweeper Dragos Nozomi ClarOTy Forescout Armis etc)
- Hands-on experience building tuning operating & maintaining cybersecurity tools & capabilities
- Possess expertise in cybersecurity domains of Asset Inventory Asset Discovery or Asset Management
- Familiarity with using scripting languages (Python) to interface with cybersecurity tools and automate processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable working with and communicating cybersecurity concepts to manufacturing sites.
- Experience with visualizing cybersecurity metrics and improvements (PowerBI)
- An understanding of IT protocols and network architecture to be able to troubleshoot and make informed designs pertaining to operations of the Armis cybersecurity platform.
- Experience working with the integration of cybersecurity and IT tools including interfacing with RESTful APIs and equivalent structures.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups.
