We are seeking a motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help build robust with 0-5 years Experience scalable data this role you will design develop and maintain data pipelines that support analytics reporting and operational needs. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality accessibility and performance across platforms.

As a Lead Data Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
  • Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
  • Optimizing data workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborating with data analysts and scientists to support business insights.
  • Ensuring data integrity and implement best practices in data engineering.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 05 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
  • Have Proficiency in SQL and Python (or Scala).
  • Have Familiarity with cloud services and data warehousing tools.
  • Have good understanding of data modeling and pipeline orchestration.
  • Be detail-oriented with ability to join multiple disparate data sets to derive insights from raw data.
  • Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
