Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead Senior Manager to oversee Finance & Accounting operations ensure service delivery excellence manage stakeholder relationships and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced shared services environment.
Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations
Manage client relationships and escalations
Monitor SLAs KPIs quality metrics and operational performance
Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Develop dashboards MIS reporting and operational reviews
Coach and mentor team members to achieve business objectives
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance & Accounting
10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting operations
Previous leadership experience in BPO or Shared Services environments
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary: COP $7000000/month
English Level: B2
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
