Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeler (Architect or Civil Engineer) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their BIM career who is eager to learn and develop professionally.

Requirements

Required experience

- Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field

- 6 months to 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in architectural projects (internships or professional experience are welcome).

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.

Must Qualifications

- Basic understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.

- Ability to create and modify architectural models and drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience creating or modifying parametric Revit families.

- English proficiency: B1 or higher.

Plus Qualifications

- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other Common Data Environments.

- Basic knowledge of Scan-to-BIM or point cloud workflows.

- Familiarity with rendering software such as Enscape Lumion or Twinmotion.

- Basic understanding of U.S. or Canadian construction documentation standards.

- Exposure to Dynamo or other BIM automation tools.

Initially you will support the team with architectural drafting modeling and documentation tasks while receiving guidance from experienced BIM professionals.
